Information about the 2024 inflation-indexed fee adjustment
We inform our esteemed subscribers that unfortunately, this year, we are once again compelled – like all telecommunication service providers – to apply an inflation-indexed fee adjustment to our service fees. This adjustment will occur predictably, once, in alignment with the year 2023.
In appreciation of our customers’ loyalty and taking their interests into account, the adjustment will be implemented at a rate of 14.5%, which is lower than the annual consumer price index determined by the Central Statistical Office (17.6%) and lower than the rate applied by the most influential telecommunication companies.
The adjustment will take effect from March 1, 2024.
You will find the new monthly fees after March 1, 2024, upon logging into your customer portal. The first invoice containing the adjusted monthly fees will be issued in April, in the usual billing cycle, covering the March monthly fees.
